Description
Offers members the unique experience of combining the musical aspect of a band with the physical challenges of marching. Opportunities for musicians, twirlers and color guard. The physical components of wellness for a healthy lifestyle are broken down, explored, and experienced through performing. This course is offered for one credit or zero credit. Must take course for credit to get 1 GEP. This course may be repeated for multiple semesters, for a maximum of 2 GEPs. After 3 semesters, students enroll in Music 374. Instruction is cumulative; upper section reflects higher musical and performance skills and offers leadership opportunities. This course earns one GEP toward Goal 9 Healthy Living in general education. Prerequisites: None.
