Description
Studies theory and techniques of feature writing, its practices and principles, its organizational characteristics, and skills of conducting in-depth interviews. The course builds upon MASSCOMM.230, which focuses on news writing. This course is an elective for students majoring in Mass Communications. Prerequisites: MASSCOMM.230. Open to non-majors. May be offered in traditional and distance education formats. Three hours of lecture/lab per week.
