Description
Provides an approach to jazz listening through the study of jazz vocal and instrumental styles from its diverse origins to the present and beyond. Students will analyze various masterpieces, composers, performers and musical forms. This course earns three GEP's towards Goal 7 - Arts and Humanities in general education. This course is open to all students and is typically offered at least once a year.
