INTRODUCTORY ALGEBRA
Presents mathematical topics and applications in a context designed for students with minimal algebraic skills as evidenced by student preparation and results obtained in diagnostic tests. Introductory Algebra is designed to promote success in Intermediate Algebra. It is suitable for students who have a limited or no background in algebra. 1 to 2 lab hours may be required weekly. Grades earned in this course are factored in students GPA, however, the credits from this course do not apply toward graduation. Prerequisites: None; Entry by placement tests.
