TOPICS IN INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE
Engages students in hands-on, higher-order learning in an international setting, discovering solutions to environmental problems that span geopolitical boundaries, in short study abroad experience. This course explores ecological evolutionary, historical, cultural, and socioeconomic influences on environmental studies and policy. This course is open to biology and health science majors, and other majors with permission of the instructor. Prerequisite: Complete application and satisfy departmental selection criteria. Students will incur additional expenses for international travel. Offered during Summer or Winter session only.
