The LAST day for each action listed for the Spring 2020 term is as follows: Add/Drop (Open Enrollment) - Tuesday January 28, 2020Pass Fail option - Tuesday January, 28, 2020 refer to PRP 3454Revoke Pass Fail option - Tuesday April 7, 2020 Undergraduate Course Withdrawal - Sunday May 3, 2020Withdraw from the University and receive "W's" - Monday May 4, 2020For a full list of Enrollment Dates click here: Enrollment DatesIf you intend to withdraw from Bloomsburg University for the Spring 2020 semester, please report to the Office of the Registrar to complete a withdrawal form. If you are no longer on campus, and wish to withdrawal, please send an email from your password secured huskies email account to email@example.com, stating your intent to withdraw, as well as a brief reason for your withdrawal. If you are transferring to another institution, please provide the name of school, and the reason you have chosen to transfer.If you are transferring to another institution and need to request a transcript, please access your MyHusky Student Center and choose from the other academic drop down menu, Transcript: Request Official.

Spring 2020 Graduation
Spring 2020 Commencement Saturday, May 9, 2020: Redman Stadium10 a.m. - College of Education and College of Liberal Arts3 p.m. - Zeigler College of Business and College of Science and Technology Tickets will be required for attending the undergraduate ceremonies. Each graduate will receive 6 tickets. No additional tickets will be available as we will reach capacity of the stadium with the tickets issued. Please be sure to plan accordingly based on the number of tickets received. There will be no additional seating available for patrons without tickets.: Commencement for Friends and Family Commencement for FacultyCeremony DetailsCap, Gown, and Tassel:Undergraduate academic regalia consists of black gowns with wide, straight-edged sleeves and black mortarboard caps with maroon and gold tassels. The tassel is worn on the right side of the cap until the degree has been awarded. The uniform of the armed forces is the only other apparel officially recognized and permitted. Academic regalia must be purchased online. The option to have your regalia shipped will be available when you place your order.Clear Bag Guidelines: To help provide a safer environment for students, family members and guests and to expedite entry into facilities during large events, Bloomsburg University has implemented safety guidelines that limit the size and type of bag permitted to be brought into facilities. This form can be accessed the same as our current eForms:Undergraduate Graduation Application, Prior Approval for Transfer Credit, Change/Add of a Major/Minor and Graduate Graduation Application The Electronic Forms may be accessed in your student center via the eForms link.Instructions can be found on the MyHusky tutorial page: http://www.bloomu.edu/myhusky/tutorialsThe Transfer Equivalency tool can be found: http://adminapps.bloomu.edu/CourseEquivalency/ce Refer to Policy PRP 3604 when transferring credit. Students are responsible for following all guidelines and procedures for departmental requirements related to the changing, adding and dropping of majors and minors.
