Senior Michael Allen (Oley, Pa./Fleetwood) of the Bloomsburg University football team has been named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division Special Teams Athlete of the Week as announced by the league office on Monday morning.

Women's Volleyball Earns Second Consecutive Split At Post Tournament Sunday

The women's volleyball team earned its second consecutive split on Sunday during the final day of competition at the Post Tournament. The Huskies opened day two with a 21-25, 25-15, 25-15, 25-15 victory over Post before dropping a 16-25, 25-19, 14-25, 22-25 decision against Saint Anselm in the nightcap.

Allen's Late Punt Return Lifts Football To 24-21 Comeback Win At Edinboro Saturday

Senior Michael Allen's (Oley, Pa./Fleetwood) first collegiate punt return for a touchdown - a 65-yard score with 4:50 left in regulation - lifted the football team to a 24-21 come-from-behind victory at Edinboro in front of nearly 3,300 fans at Sox Harrison Stadium. The Huskies evened their record at 1-1 on the season.

Women's Volleyball Rallies From 2-0 Down To Beat Felician; Earns Split On Day One At Post Tourney

After dropping the first two sets to Felician on Saturday night, the women's volleyball team rallied to win the final three as it came from behind to stun the Golden Falcons, 3-2, to salvage a split on day one of the Post Tournament. In the opener, the Huskies dropped a four-set decision against Southern Connecticut State.

#5 Women's Soccer Blanks Mansfield, 3-0, Saturday For First PSAC East Win Of Season

As it has done in each of its victories this season, the fifth-ranked women's soccer team scored three second-half goals to break a scoreless halftime tie as the Huskies picked up their first PSAC East win of the year with a 3-0 victory at Mansfield on Saturday afternoon.
