Last day for Undergraduate Course Withdrawal - Friday December 6,2019Last day to Withdraw from the University and receive "W's" - Friday December 6,2019Grades Available on MyHusky - Friday December 20, 2019If you intend to withdraw from Bloomsburg University for the Fall 2019 semester, please report to the Office of the Registrar to complete a withdrawal form. If you are no longer on campus, and wish to withdrawal, please send an email from your password secured huskies email account to buregistrar@bloomu.edu, stating your intent to withdraw, as well as a brief reason for your withdrawal.  If you are transferring to another institution, please provide the name of school, and the reason you have chosen to transfer.If you are transferring to another institution and need to request a transcript, please access your MyHusky Student Center and choose from the other academic drop down menu, Transcript: Request Official.

Fall 2019 Graduation

Fall 2019 Commencement CeremonySaturday, December 14, 2019:  Doors Open 1 hour prior to the event10 a.m. - College of Education and College of Liberal Arts3 p.m. - Zeigler College of Business and College of Science and Technology Undergraduate commencement to confer bachelor's degrees will be held in Mitrani Hall, Haas Center for the Arts. Follow the links below for additional information: Commencement for Friends and Family Commencement for FacultyCeremony DetailsCap, Gown, and Tassel:Undergraduate academic regalia consists of black gowns with wide, straight-edged sleeves and black mortarboard caps with maroon and gold tassels. The tassel is worn on the right side of the cap until the degree has been awarded. The uniform of the armed forces is the only other apparel officially recognized and permitted. Academic regalia must be purchased online. The option to have your regalia shipped will be available when you place your order.Clear Bag Guidelines: To help provide a safer environment for students, family members and guests and to expedite entry into facilities during large events, Bloomsburg University has implemented safety guidelines that limit the size and type of bag permitted to be brought into facilities. Winter 2019 Scheduling InformationOctober 28: Open enrollment begins for winter scheduling, for ALL Students. Spring 2020 Scheduling InformationOctober 28 – October 29; Priority scheduling for Act 101, Athletes, BOG, Honors, Students with Disabilities Center, Trio and Veterans will be able to schedule for Spring classes. October 28: Scheduling begins for ALL Graduate students.October 30 – November 8: Students who are Seniors, Juniors, Sophomores and Freshmen (0-29 earned credits) can schedule classes based on the Scheduling Timetable. Detailed Scheduling InformationNovember 9: Open enrollment begins for Spring 2020 scheduling for all undergraduate students.The course list for Winter & Spring will be available for viewing in MyHusky on or before Monday, October 7th

ELECTRONIC Forms

 We are now using an ELECTRONIC FORMfor the 509 INTERNSHIP APPLICATION. This form can be accessed the same as our current eForms:Undergraduate Graduation Application, Prior Approval for Transfer Credit, Change/Add of a Major/Minor and Graduate Graduation Application The Electronic Forms may be accessed in your student center via the eForms link.Instructions can be found on the MyHusky tutorial page: http://www.bloomu.edu/myhusky/tutorialsThe Transfer Equivalency tool can be found: http://adminapps.bloomu.edu/CourseEquivalency/ce Refer to Policy PRP 3604 when transferring credit. Students are responsible for following all guidelines and procedures for departmental requirements related to the changing, adding and dropping of majors and minors.
